Our home inspection experience is inclusive. We encourage you to join us during the inspection, and to ask questions as you go. Having you with us on the inspection also gives us an opportunity to provide you with tips on home care and maintenance. My husband and I are in the process of purchasing a home and had Skip come out to do the inspection as well as a termite inspection. He was early, which was great. He explained his process of inspecting and told us to follow along with any questions we had. In areas we could not go, he took pictures and showed them to us, explaining what he saw. He answered all our questions. He gave us little tips and tricks on things with no issues that would make them even better. He was very thorough in his inspection and had the report back to us in less than 24 hours. We would definitely recommend Skip. He will have repeat business from us.
